Defective/Damaged Items
BBBWHOLESALE™ Exchange policy applies solely for defective items. Exchanges can only be made within the 48 contiguous states of the United States Of America.
If an item is damaged upon arrival and/or defective, You will need to submit photo evidence. Photo evidence is mandatory in order to stay in compliance with our policy. Once approved, you will receive a full refund. Once refunded, please allow 3 - 5 business days for funds to return to your original payment method.
